Action: I led a cross-functional team to develop a centralized platform using project management tool Asana and our website CMS, Kajabi. I created and managed timelines for all parties involved, ensuring the project stayed on track. This transition allowed educational resources to be easily searchable and accessible, and introduced a structured learning path for clients. Additionally, I established standard operating procedures for future projects of this nature.
